Case Study – Not Just Travel Lisa Russell
Lisa approached me to help with the ticketing and social media marketing of her “Florida for First Timers or Any Timers” event.
I created the ticketing on Eventbrite and set the event up on Facebook, linking the two together so people seeing the Facebook event could immediately reserve their tickets with minimal clicking.
I added extra updates and used some of Lisa’s own experiences to give the online marketing a personal touch as you get a real one-to-one service working with her. Sharing what she had enjoyed with her family made a real impact and drew the biggest response for the Facebook posts promoting the event.
Originally the guest target was 30 tickets but I landed up adding more as the bookings exceeded the original quota.
This was also the event which got me started with balloons as I created the Mickey and Minnie Mouse characters as decoration.
